Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has been rated one of the most livable cities in the country more than one time and by more than one source.* There’s never a dull moment in our city.

Carnegie Mellon’s Pittsburgh campus is only five miles and a quick bus ride to downtown Pittsburgh.

It’s a manageable international city with a small town feel. Complete with world-class museums, more trees per square mile than almost any other city in the nation, and food options from every cuisine imaginable. And Pittsburgh is also a sports town, a fit for the outdoorsy type, and for those that want to take in some culture.

And let’s not forget the 86,000 students in the 10 nearby colleges and universities.

There’s never a chance to say, "I’m bored." If you are, you’re not taking advantage of what it’s really like to go to college in Pittsburgh.
