Alumni Interview Report

Alumni interviewers should use the Alumni Interview Report Form to record their impressions of prospective students. Please note that we recommend that the Alumni Interview Report Form be submitted by February 1st if it is to be included in the applicant's file (Regular Decision only). The Alumni Interview Report Form may be accessed from the 'Interviews' folder of the CMAC Training Material Box Accounts.
